Global Remote Court (GRC) utilizes high-end Selective Forwarding Unit (SFU) technology. Our infrastructure acts as a secure relay for your audio and video streams. We do not record, inspect, or intercept the content of your sessions without explicit authorization. All media is protected with SRTP and DTLS encryption protocols to ensure absolute confidentiality of every litigation venue.

2. Ephemeral Data Handling

Contextual Integrity: Session-specific data such as display names and real-time chat exist only for the duration of the court session. Once the session is terminated, this data is purged from active memory and is never persisted on our core servers.

Institutional Analytics: We collect anonymized system performance data to ensure platform stability. No personally identifiable information is ever shared with third parties or used for external metrics.

3. Secure Evidence & Recordings

Client-Side: Standard recordings are processed within your architectural browser environment and downloaded directly to your device. GRC does not store copies of these local recordings.

Institutional: If a court session is recorded by a authorized moderator using our secure cloud storage, those files are protected by institutional-grade access controls, end-to-end encryption, and full audit logging.
